He began his professional practice in the Law Firm Bufete Jurídico Gratuito Social where he participated in several civil and commercial proceedings. In 2008 he joined as an associate of the civil and commercial litigation department in the Law Firm Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa (currently Hogan Lovells). In 2014 founded the Law Firm Cuéllar, Aguilar, Morlett, Isla y Abogados, S.C, today CAMYA Abogados.

He participated in several highly complex litigation related to the validity of shareholders meetings of civil and commercial entities.

Represented several abroad financial entities before claims related to civil liability performances derived from the use of dangerous mechanisms, always obtaining a favorable resolution.

He sponsors proceedings representing national and abroad entities related to the claim for compensation arising from civil liability always obtaining a favorable resolution. Represented several foreign companies before the Agrarian Courts in claims regarding the land ownership.

He has participated in pro-bono activities with the Law Firm “Bufete Jurídico Gratuito Social”, as well as the “Santa Fe Community Center”.

He was professor of Constitutional Proceedings (“Amparo”) at the Universidad Panamericana.

He was professor of Bankruptcy Proceedings, Constitutional Procedural Law and Forensic Practice of Constitutional Proceedings (“Amparo”) in JD level degree at the Universidad Panamericana.

He was substitute professor of Constitutional Proceedings (“Amparo II”) at the Universidad Anáhuac, Norte campus and Commercial Law – Credit Securities and Operations at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Mexico City campus, as well as Civil Proceedings.

Attorney-at-Law with more than 20 years of experience. Specialist in civil and commercial litigation consultancy, as well as administrative and agrarian Law. He has extensive experience in matters related to shareholders disputes, nullity of shareholders meetings, execution of contracts and agreements of a civil and commercial nature, as well as several bankruptcy proceedings.

He constantly sponsors special commercial proceedings related with bonds, execution of guarantees, among others, as well as disputes related to civil liability arising from the performance of commercial activities.

His high specialization has led him to participate in extremely complex litigation related to the ownership and possession of lands allegedly subject to the agrarian property regime, as well as in matters related to territorial limits.
