Practicing Litigation and consultancy in Environmental and Administrative matters.
Mr. Guerra practiced previously in BGC Abogados, a specialized firm in tax law, Tiburcio Abogados, QVGA Environmental Management Consulting Group, and Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa (Administrative Law Federal Court). He collaborated in major energy infrastructure projects in charge of designing the legal strategies, environmental studies and in high level negotiations with authorities for the installations of the first solar energy park in Hidalgo State.
In 2019 he participated as advisor for the implementation of “Los Ramones” the most important Project for the supply and distribution of natural gas from Texas, USA to Guanajuato, México.
